1. How long does it take to manufacture a new carton?
   For the first time development of a new carton can be manufactured within 7-10 working days depending on your artwork & complexity of your requirements. Plain cartons usually take about 3-4 working days. In urgent situations please contact our sales representatives to meet your urgent requirement in least-time as possible.
2. Can I see a Representative from Patel Packing Industries?
   We have a team of experienced representatives who are able to advise the best type of product to match your particular packaging requirements.
3. How long does it take to get a Quotation on my packaging requirements?
   Once we get an enquiry for your packaging requirements, we are able to get most quotations out within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of your needs. In a most urgent situation please contact our sales representative.
4. In which areas we supply our services and packaging material?
   We provide our service for packaging material to clients across northern western region of India. Owing to our rich industrial experience in this domain we are able to supply vide range of packaging material from high volume to smaller lower volume customers. Our box is demanded widely among our patrons from different parts of the nation. To enquire about delivery to your area please contact us.
5. If I buy more do I pay less?
   As we make to order, the longer the run size, the better economy, so we can pass the savings on to you.
6. Do you have minimum quantities?
   We can manufacture 300 – 500 cartons (dependent on size) if that is all you require, remembering that price is based on volume.
7. How many cartons are on a pallet?
   This is dependent on the size of your cartons, but we will make sure it is the most viable to minimise your freight costs. We are also able to limit the height to suit special requirements. Eg. Pallet racking systems, Interstate freight etc.
8. How many colors can be printed on cartons
   We provide 3 color printing service & if you required more than this please contact one of our sales representative & service team to discuss your requirements.
9. Does tooling cost for custom & die cut cartons me anything?
   Tooling is made specifically for your product and there are costs involved. However, this can be estimated at the time of quotation. If there is a charge you will be informed prior to manufacturing process.
10. Is there a charge for Artwork?
    Artwork costs are incorporated into the price of the stereo. However it is beneficial and will reduce costs if you can supply your artwork in our preferred format.
11. Can you arrange delivery or am I able to use my own preferred carrier?
    Please inform us at the time of quoting we will arrange an ex-factory price if you prefer, otherwise we will quote you with delivery included only in case of full vehicle lot.
